These short hardbacks are written to provide concise information on a range of topics. Schoolchildren will find them especially useful, although anyone reading them will find them rewarding. Each is factual, well set out and has an excellent index and bibliography to guide the reader to deeper reading on the subject.
These books are keenly priced and are good value, especially in a hardback format. This newly established local publisher will augment this series in July with further titles, including World War I, The Ashes and Australia's Greatest Inventions.
